From Denise:

In February 1985 I had a daughter who passed away twelve days after birth. She never left the hospital. Two months later, my grandfather (who had passed away in the 1970s) appeared to my mother (his daughter) holding my daughter and my cousin who died at the age of two years. He sat at the end of her bed and told her that he needed mama (her mother) to come and help him take care of the babies and not to be sad that she will be with them. My mom did not know what to think. Was it just a dream? About 2 weeks later my mom received a phone call that her mother needed open heart surgery. This was a shock because no one in the family was aware that grandma had any health problems.

My grandma went in for this relatively routine operation but did not pull through. My mom knew that she would not make it because grandpa told her he needed her.

My grandma appeared to my mom a few days later in the middle of the night and sat at the end of her bed. She said they are all fine (herself, grandpa, my daughter and baby cousin) and not to be sad. I was glad and reassured to know my daughter is with them.
